HOW IT BEGAN
Fishing is my true first love. From casting minnows at trees and catching crappie when I was 5, to catching rooster fish and giant sail fish in Costa Rica. My pursuit and love for fishing has only grown stronger over the years. Over the many years of perfecting my craft, I have developed a special set of skills that are unmatched by very few when it comes to fishing in fresh water reservoirs.
Those skills allow me to catch high numbers of fish day in and day out. My team and I are on the water year round with both fly rods and with conventional lures. Striped bass and small mouth bass stole my heart very early on, due to their aggression and pure power. I have spent the better part of the past 10 years, relentlessly chasing these two species and have now reached a point where I want to help others catch these fish as well. Everyone knows fishing alone isn't quite the same as fishing with a good friend or relative. I have found so much joy in sharing my knowledge and watching others put what they've learned into action.
Although I still fish often to stay on top of the bite and to get my adrenaline flowing, my true excitement comes from watching people react as a Striper strips out 50 yards of backing/line in a matter of seconds, or when they watch their topwater fly/plug get catapulted 4 feet out of the water by a massive Smallmouth bass. My passion and my pursuit will never waver, but the fuel to my fire is someone stepping on my boat with the goal of having a great day on the lake and catching a bunch of fish.

MEET THE CAPTAIN
CAPTAIN CALEB YORK
Caleb is 27 years old and has been fishing the waters of North Carolina on foot and by boat for as long as he can remember. At age 5, Caleb caught his first giant bass with his Granddad on Lake Chickamauga, TN and he has been hooked ever seen. From then on, fishing became a true passion and he was fishing every opportunity he could get. His favorite fish to chase are striped bass with a close second being smallmouth bass. You can imagine how much he loves his job. He always says "Catching fish is a lot of fun, but the drive comes from figuring them out." He attended South Carolina St. University on full scholarship to play Quarterback and later transferred to Campbell University where he also played football and eventually graduated with a Finance Degree. In January of 2021 he married his bride Riley. They live on Lake Norman in North Carolina and have two amazing dogs, Cooper and Marley. Their goal is to both run their own businesses and live out their dreams together. They are a true dream team.
